About us

SPIRITON s.r.o. was established as a sole agency of company HC Bio-S for Austria, Hungary,Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia . We sell dental implants TIONE with high advanced patented technology SLAffinity which leads to greater stability at initial stage and then faster osseointegration. Implant Team of HC Bio-S was established in 2006 cooperated and working on R&D with Dental Biotechnology Development National Taipei Medical University. In 2009 they developed patented surface treatment technology SLAffinity. In 2014 was opened new facility. With production area of 10 000m2 it is the largest implant manufacturer in Asia. HC Bio-S is advanced medical implant device manufacturer with longterm history and experience. Since establishment HC Bio-S have never stopped the investment in R&D. Working with an outstanding R&D team and group of well- experienced clinician consultants HC Bio-S develop new products and new technologies. HC Bio- S have complete automatic production lines which comply with GMP and ISO13485 international standards to fully control the production quality. For maintaining the product cleanliness which is strictly required for medical devices HC Bio-S have Class 1,000 cleanroom operating environment. All surface residues are thoroughly cleaned by using an automatic computerized ultrasonic cleaners. Finally the products will go to packing process which is done automatically in a clean sterile environment. Quality Assurance No compromise in quality is the spirit of HC Bio-S. Therefore , the full applicable tests are conducted for the products using high – precision automatic inspecting equipment to assure the quality including FE SEM ( Multi – functional Field-Emission Electron Microscope and EDS ( Energy Dispersive Analyses System ) equipment. These procedures are far beyond the industrial standard to analyze the structure and identify the composition of the product surface to ensure no residue is left from any of the manufacturing process. In quality control HC Bio-S invest in various types of physical and mechanical testing equipment or conducting hardness, tensile, torque, roughness, hydrophilicity, fatigue and all other relevant tests.
